Recipe for Ice Coffee


Recipe for Tiramisu with our natural cocoa

    Ingredients:
    • 500g cottage cheese
    • 200g powdered sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 30 biscuits
    • 3 cups of brewed coffee
    • 1 glass of cognac
    • 3 tablespoons of KRÜGER cocoa.

    Portion for six people.
    Time: 30 minutes
    Cooling: 2 hours
    Preparation: In a large bowl mix yolk with powdered sugar to a light cream. Add the cottage cheese in several portions, and mix with the cream while stirring slowly. Whip the egg white stiff. Add the cream, then quickly but gently mix the mass from the bottom up, so that the ingredients do not split. Pour a glass of cognac into the coffee. Stir. Butter the bottom of a glass dish with the cream. Put on a layer of cream biscuits dipped in coffee with cognac. Put a big portion of cream onto the bisciuts and sprinkle (through a sieve) with cocoa. Again, put a layer of dipped biscuits, than cream, etc. - until you run out of ingredients. The last layer should be cream, sprinkled with sieved cocoa. Cooled in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve in a dish, in which it was prepared.
